Busted 100 in 45 zone

Pittsburgh Steeler - Antonio Brown

Maybe because the picture is so bad and it’s an all black car making details hard to pick out, but what’s the consensus on what model 911 he is driving?

100 in a 45 deserves some pretty harsh punishment imo

A GT3. That would be a felony in most jurisdictions.

MDelaney 11-08-2018 03:02 PM

Thought that was it, but never know what's aftermarket, etc.

Will see what punishment is handed out, but I would bet the "under" - home field advantage and all. I'm guessing he doesn't even miss a down tonight.

100 in a 45 sounds absurd.

I'm currently sitting less than 4 miles from that stretch of road. Not to condone AB's actions, but you could easily get a 911 up to a 100 and back under the legal limit with no harm done. He was away from the congested retail areas and on a pretty straight section with a jersey barrier between him and oncoming traffic. Traffic cam footage shows him flying with the police car hot on his tail... and no other nearby traffic.

Lawyer up. $1,000. Faulty equipment. Done.

MikeL31 11-08-2018 03:34 PM

i got caught doing something very similar to that on my gsxr 10+ years ago. I didnt goto jail and I didnt get a felony. your fate is up to the cop writing the citation.

I think it's safe to say we have all done this before at some point in our life...

Randy M 11-08-2018 04:07 PM

His lawyer will take care of this. No big woop...

Porsche_nuts 11-08-2018 04:15 PM

The very worse he could get is reckless driving - a fine, maybe point. Good lawyer plus his notoriety gets a plea down. He walks away with a fine and nothing else - that is of course if this is his first time. If he has multiple traffic offenses, thats a different story.

imagine if he gets suspended for this... No Bell or Brown, good for my Pats.

Porsche911GTS'16 11-08-2018 04:47 PM

991.2 GT3. I wonder if it is manual or PDK and I wonder what, if any, ADM he paid? :roflmao:

Grantsfo 11-08-2018 05:02 PM

I've done 117mph in 45 mph zone in a 500 hp 370Z.
....oh yeah road was closed to traffic.

Over double the posted limit? No way. I go to the track to get that out of my system.
