the soul performance kit looks really nice! Do you get any drone with it at cruising speeds? Also any HP/torque gains?

There is slight drone if you're in a high gear and a really low rpm. Usually if I'm cruising in these speeds and I'm on the phone I'll just close the valves. Other than that, the sound is incredible.. in sport mode it pops and crackles when downshifting in sport plus there is a noticeable additional "jerk" when shifting manually at WOT. I haven't seen any dyno's, but Soul has some data logging 0-60, 0-100 times that showed performance gains. I'll try to upload my instagram video.

Tubi Style is fantastic, and the best value, IMO. I don't care about the switches, and it's never too loud. In fact, it could be louder! There is zero drone and the build quality is great.

I'm sure Akra is amazing. It's also 2x the price.

Do some searches on X-pipes. I think they're not worth the $, or put another way, you get what you pay for.

Here's the video of my C2S with the Soul Performance exhaust, and a few pics.

Phil From Fabspeed here.
We have some different options for you. I suggest headers for popping and crackling. If you really want the valve option we have a set up for that as well.
We can add and subtract depending on what you are looking for.

I drove a car with Fabspeed headers and high-flow cats and it sounded great...lots of good options for all of us out there.

Hey, Phil, link doesn’t seem to work. I’d like to see it. Moreover, I’m not that versed into the auto mods, I don’t think I want to go so far as to modify headers (could that void my remaining warranty?), just looking for a valved system to give it the crackles on sport mode and when laying off the gas. (I probably sound so noob and unclassy in the Porsche world, but I don’t care... I want them pops and gurgles). I also have no idea what this whole X Pipe is either or what it does. Help!?!?!!!!

You could get the Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) installed as well, which would give you what you are looking for and not impact your warranty, and then add a pair of high flow cats for some extra sound.

Bob, that is an idea, and with that choice, they’ll put in the button, which is a nice touch. I just might put this into the running! Thanks man!

Suncoast often has sales on it and when they do you can go to your local dealer and they match the price and you just pay for installation. Or you can buy it and have it shipped to a local Indy shop and let them install it. There are a few threads on the PSE you can search for and you will find a lot of useful information and get some idea of the price. For what it is worth if it were me that is what I would do. My incoming Targa GTS will have the PSE and I have a pair of Soul high-flow cats already that will be installed shortly after it arrives.

The dealer quote I got was about 5.4k to get the PSE retrofit onto my car... about the same price as doing the Tubi exhaust or soul performance.
