Default frunk liner sticking out

After a wash today I was looking over my car and noticed that part of the plastic piece that sits just below the hood on the far left and right side is sticking out between the two metal pieces. Image attached.
I'm going to bring this into the dealer and hoping they can resolve it. Was wondering if anyone had run into such a thing before? Tks

Had my front bumper off my previous 4S to put Rennline grill screens in. When back together had the same exact issue. Had to remove the inside frunk and reinstall.

I had this when I first bought my car (used). You just need to align the liners, make sure all the grommets are in. I was able to fix it very quickly without much effort. No need for the dealer IMO

I had this on my car after the clear bra installation. The dealer took care of it. It just needs to be snapped into place.

Those black plastic trim pieces need to snap back down and forwards to seat flush and not stick-up. I've had multiple 991s now and in each I've found that area to be less than perfect. Never had it stick up through the body gap like in the OP pictures, but in that "join" area the trim wasn't sitting flush with the body line and bulged-outward on both sides almost like it was warped. So to deal with it I just pointed-out to the dealer during routine stop-in. In one case the plastic trim was replaced under warranty as it was a bit deformed, and the double-sided black trim tape that the factory used didn't hold-up. On my current GTS I noticed similar happening and at dealer they also replaced the trim on both sides and it sits perfectly after..... You shouldn't have any issue getting that replaced by the dealer if it isn't seated properly.

I'm in the process of getting the liner on the passenger side replaced, waiting for the new part to come in. My problem is a little different in that the issue is up at the top of the liner near the windshield. there is a warp in the part which pulls the 3 locking tabs that go in the fender out. The tabs don't lock at all, and just pull right out.
