C-Pillar rattle

My passenger side C-pillar has an almost metallic sounding rattle. Easily reproducible with striking the pillar. Any idea what could be causing it? I tried to stuff foam between the C pillar and the panel under the rear glass but there was no improvement. I'm considering removing the C pillar to tackle it. Any tips? I've looked in the service manual and it looks like I have to remove the panel under the rear window first. From what I understand I have to pull it up from the bottom and then pull it out. Looks like the C pillar pulls out - is it better to do the front end or back end first?

Thanks for your help. Wish I didn't have this maddening rattle.

Cheers,
NF

Just got back from the dealer for this same rattle. This was the second time bringing it in for the same rattle. They said they replaced the clip for the panel and reinstalled it again. They went ahead and did this on the other side as well as they said they were both lose. Sounds like it was a simple fix for them as it took them maybe 30 minutes.
Seems to have fixed the issue, but time will tell as I also thought it was fixed the first time I brought it in.
