Default Front Axle Lift Problem

I did a search on the forum and could not find something similar to what I'm experiencing.

I have a 2018 4GTS. I was coming out of a parking lot a couple hours ago and pushed the front axle lift button to avoid a steep incline. The red light on the button did not illuminate nor did a message appear saying the front axle was being lifted. I pushed the button several times and still nothing. All the other buttons on the center console work fine and their functions work as well.

I am going to look into this in the morning and start by checking the front axle lift fuse. If that's ok, I'm going to disconnect the battery and see what I get. Any other suggestions are appreciated.

A trip to the dealer might be in order but I thought I would start here.

Might as well take it to the dealer since you've got warranty rather than poking around some fuses and disconnecting the battery. They'll throw you into a cool loaner car too.

Turn the car off and then back on and see if the light/lift functions again. If not then YES a trip to the Dealer is in order. Chances are it was just a glitch and will reset.

Please post back.

Started it this morning and FAL works fine. I will keep a closer eye in it's function and if the problems occurs again I will report back.
