Thank you all for your kind comments!

As most of you have said, it is a subtle change, but adds some character.

Alex amazing job. I went to test drive the T and the S the other day and I could not help notice that the standard S wing does not angle as high as the T. Is this true? I was going to pass on the T til I drove it, now it is on the top of my list.

Is that an adjustment you can make with programming or otherwise if I wanted to get the S and have it angled like the T?

The T moves the wing higher to balance the aerodynamics of the more aggressive front lip spoiler in this model. If you order an S with the Sports Design front end, the rear spoiler will go as high as the T.

Now, if you think the T's spoiler looks better that high, just wait until you see it once you tilt the sunroof! It shoots up another notch, and looks almost like a duck tail. Check it out next time you drive a T with the glass or metal sunroof.

Need to hit about 130km/h for the stage two spoiler height with my GTS. Noticible difference in the rear view, not actually seen a profile pic of it however.

Hopefully next weekend I will be able to ask my son to help me take some pictures of my car with the wing fully extended.

This week will be no T for me... I just spent the whole weekend cleaning and detailing my car for a Concours next weekend, and this week will be raining in Houston, so I finished the detailing, added Ceramic coating to the wing, and covered the car until next week. I will be driving the Wrangler for a few days.

Nice job! I really like both variations of ducktails on 991's.

Aside, in your pictures, it looks like the front suspension gap above the tires is much larger than the rear. Is that an optical illusion?

alex_c - how did you attach the "911T" to the engine cover?

Good eye! Indeed, I forgot to lower the car after getting out of the garage. I have the Front Axle Lift.

Oh, wow, that is the first time I've seen FAL in action on a 991. That is an impressive amount of lift. Cool!

Thanks for the post OP!

Additional procedure comments.
1. Check whether or not you need a tamper proof torx bit (in my case I did not).

Hi-I'm late to the game, but has anyone tracked their Carrera T with the SD rear spoiler? Is reprogramming needed? Thanks

You will need reprogramming. At full attack without the reprogramming is almost like an air brake!
