Hi All

Here is a nice addition to the garage and to my 997. After a long search the wife and I picked this up in Southern California. Great drive back to Illinois and now the fussing begins with detailing and etc.

In comparing to the 997, the refinement is really astonishing. The interior is near perfect in design and I really like the full leather. I’ve read a lot of bull that the interior is too big and not intimate. Its fantastic. The engine sound is much better than expected and nice with the top down. The awd system is not really noticeable, though the steering feel is not as direct as the 997 as is no surprise. There is something rather nice about it though. Can’t put my finger on it yet; other than it’s point and shoot. I can’t wait to drive this car in the wet.

I like the wide body and sports front end. A little white GT3 look going on which is really pleasing to my eye. I have to say to the initial owner spec’d this car perfectly. Well, a power kit would have been nice. LOL

The wife is happy now as she wanted pdk and a tan interior in a cabriolet. And she loves the sports exhaust. That was a surprise.
