I would like to get your contact at the dealer you bought from. I just joined Rennlist today as I'm looking to buy a 2018 Gts or order a 2019 but the most I have gotten was 3% and most are not willing to discount. Thank you and very glad I joined!

I hunted for an allocation for months. 0-4% was the range for a 2019 allocation. If you don't have a relationship with the dealer, they may not budge off of 0-2%. There is no reason to discount when there are so few allocations available right now. A 2018 that's park on the lot for months is probably a different story...

As a heads-up to everyone, GTS allocations are getting very hard to find now, especially with a discount; however, when the next batch of allocations hit the dealers I know they can be discounted so get your name on a list with a dealer that discounts them, such as the one I used, and you will not need to put down a deposit in advance.

Certain areas are more competitive than others, and many people don't want to consider buying out of state in areas where discounts are common, such as Florida. Also, the 992 will not be available for a while, at a higher price, and not in all variations to start. And the number of allocations here in the US are not what they have been in previous years.

My contact here in FL has some 911 allocations left at a nice discount, but all the GTS allocations are gone but he is looking for more to help out some forum members here. 991.2 production is expected to continue into the new year so if someone is looking for a GTS allocation it would be best if they get on a waiting list soon.
Ordered from a dealership a friend recommended in Colorado. 4.5%, he couldn't do any better.

I knew that because my 2019 was ordered the 1st week of August (Nov. delivery).

There was already an order placed by the dealership and the specs we're about to be locked in this Friday, so I purchased it and was able to change the order just in time. Estimated to be delivered early to mid November but the salesman said he would be surprised if it wasn't in at the end of October. I will be doing the LA Porsche Experience Center delivery. I would have loved European delivery but my schedule just wasn't matching up.
