I don't know if this will help, I loaded all of my tunes on my mp3 player, plugged the mp3 player into the USB slot in the glove box and the jukebox recognized the tunes and I was able to load them. I also put them in separate files prior to loading them onto my MP3 player so I could listen to them the way I wanted to hear them. For instance, I put all of my classic rock into a file called rock 1 and loaded the entire file that way into the Jukebox. So once I'm on the road and want to listen specifically to rock, I pull up that file and all my rock is there. Funk, disco, country all the same way. I don't listen to disco but you get the idea. hahahaha. If its pre-ordered than it goes onto the Jukebox in the order you want it. otherwise the Jukebox will load it in alpha or how ever it wants.
