The passenger headlight is part number 991-631-276-05 and we sell it for $1,994.40. We will need about 4 days to get the part to us.

You have a component that need swapping over, the LED driver. I would think that is fine.
This is great! Thank you guys! Love this community. I have to ask, would something like this work as well? Part number 991.631.176.04

Not a complete headlamp. Search on the right part number and call dismantlers if you want to find a used one

Wow, even at $1900 per headlamp (and not even the complete assembly) that is pricey.

I wonder what a 991 would cost built from parts purchased from Porsche. An old story, and always much more than a complete car, but I would guess that Porsche would set a record.

I had a taillight fall out a couple weeks ago, $600 something on Suncoast. The inward side is held onto the car with a very secure bracket with two bolts, but the red taillight assembly is only connected to that bracket with a tiny piece of plastic that broke.

I have to start taping those too during track days now... It doesnt seem like this should be happening.

At the Salt Lake Parade, a Cayene on the AX course had a headlight fly out.

If everything is installed correctly, nothing should ever be falling out.

looking at the assembly online now I started thinking (uh oh is right)... Since my headlight works fine in every way but the vertical adjustment, maybe I just need a new motor? A motor and a professional wet sand??? Shall I give it a try? I cant stomach spending almost $2K on a light... https://store.paramountauto.com/oem-...bC1oNi1nYXM%3D

I agree they shouldn’t fall out but they shouldn’t have been designed with a tiny plastic point of failure either.

So is this a 991.1 problem or does it extend to the 991.2 as well?
