How do you guys clean up your cars after a weekend of driving?

Haha, that's funny Sean!
I also hate cleaning the wheels, but since I discovered Sonax, it has become bearable. Just spray Sonax, way a couple of minutes and literally just insert a couple of times a good wheel brush on each spoke and then rinse. It will do 95% of the job with 10% of the effort!
I would recommend the wheel woolies for this.
Cheers!

The neighbours will get divorced and move sooner or later, so I'm patient on that problem 😁

Ceramic coated my 911. It’s white so it gets dirty pretty easy but also it’s much easier to wash. I try to wash every other week depending on how dirty it is. Wheels first with iRonX, them foam canon the car let it sit for several minutes, rinse, then use a wool mitt to wash the car again using the 2 bucket method with grit guards in each bucket. Use a blower to dry then apply carpro reload when it’s dry. Comes out great.

Unlike most detailing videos that tell you to start from the top down and do wheels last, we have really hard water so I do the wheels first avoiding getting any of the actual body of the car wet. Then, with separate buckets and wash mitts from the one dedicated to wheels, I wash the car (two bucket method). The wheels take longer than the car! While washing the car, I rinse a lot so the water doesn't dry and create hard water spots, then pull into my garage to dry her off.
When I first got her, minimum once a week, more if she got pretty dirty in between the weekly washes (I drive her daily). Now, I'm on an every other week cycle. Wife's X5 one weekend, my 991 the next.
