Are you inside the car or outside the car?

I’m going with Lex on this one. Or a psychotic chipmunk. Dogman is a possibility also. Don’t put your hand in there, either way.

Editing for a more constructive comment - It sounds like a belt. Which one is the question.

Dolphin. Definitely a dolphin. Or, theoretically, a porpoise I guess. Not really an expert on the difference between the two, so that's about all the help I can be. Good luck.

It sounds like the fan is scraping against something.

Questions:
- Is it right after startup and goes away or after engine is warm or does it not matter.
- Do you hear it if engine is rev'd up.
- Does it go away if you turn on AC
- Can you hear it sitting at a stop light?

- it sounded right after startup in my garage, I've waited for 2 mins for warming up but the sound was still there. gone after drive out.
- I did some revving but the sound remains.
- I didn't try AC
- I don't hear it at this time, which is good, therefore I don't know at the stop light.

Thank you!
