I'd say anything with a manual is getting into the rare category, of modern sports cars. Throw in the GTS/PowerKit options, and it become more rare again.
Heck, a Pontiac Aztec is rare too!
But rare doesn't always mean desirable.
You have both.

Not many modern 991 cars are rare. Even the GT models.
FSBO mid $90's tops.
Porsche dealer would give you $80K-$85K on a good day.
Dealer would ask $100K-$105K
GTS prices have fallen a bit. Seems like coupes are more in demand.

Very rare....I would only consider a trade straight up for an R

The said car probably cost in 150's new. If in good shape, it may demand in 110 range, anything less than 100 is low ball IMO. Having said that, this is probably one of the most expensive and least desired GTS variants short of a Carrera 4 GTS with PGK. Tara's are as rare but seem to hold price better than convertible

I saw the car in question on-line and it looks good except for the lowering. I would think it would ride like hell and it makes it look a little too slickster. I like the stripes. And love AWD.

No. Changed after the fact. Like the stickers, springs, etc.
