Yes. One: PCA. Driving instruction on par with professional courses. Concours detailing tech sessions. Social dinners at cool venues. Tours of scenic Porsche roads. Autocross. Track.

Yeah, I know what you're thinking: I don't do clubs. I had a couple tell me one time they got their Boxster's worth of value just out of PCA.

Please note: couple. It was the WIFE who said this! You want to get your wife hooked, get her to some PCA events.

1. Post pictures.

2. Go to Suncoast and change the orange side markers out for white LED ones.

3. Get wheel woolies from Amazon, they make washing the wheels so much easier.

Even if you don't get bitten by the track bug, try to do one HPDE at a track near you. Go with a group like Chin, 1010ths, JTI, Rezoom, etc. You will learn so much about your car. For a lot of people just doing it once is enough but it's honestly worth it.

Congratulations! It's a great car. Best out of the box day to day sports car available. Enjoy it. Though you might be tempted, it doesn't really need any of the hundreds of after purchase options that are available. Put the money you save on all these options in the bank for real family needs.

Great car! Have fun and don’t read anything more on this forum as it’ll make you crazy. 😜

Don't worry about resale or any of that BS, just drive the damn thing and enjoy it. Too many people on this forum baby their car and barely fit in a couple thousand miles a year.

All the above are great things to do in a Porsche! PCA is great....some of my most memorable drives in my 2nd 911 (997.1) were through them.

Yes but his car is a salvage repair...would track work be the best option and advice?

Romann_28 isnt this your new car?

Again agree with the congrats and change over of the white side markers and all the above have said. Would caution against the track work and HPDE in your car that others have recommended. Not sure you want to over-stress your front end repair and components. You put a lot of good hard cash and time into that car...enjoy it but at a leisurely pace I'd say. You want to enjoy the car for a long time man! Be careful!

This is absolutely the correct response. Any P-car owner MUST do something about unsightly orange markers! When I had my Panamera at least I tinted them! The 991 has an easy solution.

Always wash your wheels, including the interior part. To do this in a meticulous manner every time is not practical, as there are too many nooks and crannies. No obsessive behavior needed here. Just do a decent job every time and ultimately you will hit all the areas and never let any specific area go unattended for a long period of time, which is the only thing you need to worry about.

Default Side lights - Bumper Plugs

If your gonna get rid of the ugly side lights might as well ditch the red bicycle reflectors as well...its a slippery slope.
