The more complex you make a vehicle, the more potential failure areas. I had a Dynamic Engine Mount go bad on my 991, under warranty. Dealer indicated that would have been $ 2K to replace outside of warranty. Do I really need them? Probably not any more than I need Rear Axle Steering. Just a point to note when checking of the option boxes - or buy the way-far-out extended warranty.
GTS aka power kit twin turbos, FAL, RAS, Sport Chrono modes, PCM, WiFi, power everything, ventilated seats, more chips and modules than my home network, all driven way harder than I ever drive a normal sedan. What could possibly go wrong? :roflmao: I’m betting the come on an extended warranty.
