Is this better?

I did the ECU tune and PDK Upgrade, both worth it and car runs like stock only quicker and with GT3 type shifting.
Just not worth screwing with the ECU unless the gains are there. 30-35 hp is not worth it. You should get more on a proper turbo tune.
If the piggybacks were easier to install, I'd probably have something by now...but I'm waiting to find some more info before jumping in head first.
ECU and TCU tune is goal. Preferably without an ECU unlock...but I'm starting to think of going that route.

I want to have access to a map editor and a proper logging suite. I enjoy tinkering with this stuff on my own

Here's dyno run before and after if it will help speed things up ;-) On a cooler day (40-45F), it makes close to 390 whp. I have dyno chart for that run as well. The power delivery is smooth, unlike JB4 alone on my old 335i though I have JB4 with backend flash now and it's smoother (sorry jumping cars just to compare piggy). I am surprised with the kick back feeling after 5k rpm with DimSport. No torque reading as it's an older dynojet.

35ish whp is a nice bump. Cold helped my 335 out a lot, JB+ or with BM3.
2 hour install; assuming its similar to the other piggy backs. You are speeding up my thought process lol.
