Does anyone know how you can find out “how many of this car with this color and these options ” did Porsche make for a given year?

Hard to find any 991's that have the exact same build.

You have a 1 of 1 as does most everyone else.

Porsche does not release any numbers for how many specific cars sold, which colors, etc. only how many 911's total sold per year. That's it.

Yup - most cars are 1 of 1. There are just too many possible combinations of options. You might see a bit of duplication on basic builds, as there are some very common options added such as the metal sunroof, PDK and bose.

It took me two years to find the right car. Granted, the pool of available cars here in Canada is tiny compared to what you folks have in the US... but when the right one came along, I knew I had to grab it.

They are out there, even though they are very rare to find - primarily launch cars. I have seen at least one and maybe two that were spec'ed EXACTLY as my first 991S was. Interior/exterior color, options, EVERYTHING. Clones. (Not a basic build, either.)

Also, don't forget my beloved car that was wrecked was 1 of 4 that were very closely spec'ed together, near twins. (Nearly identical except for one or two options.)

But to your point - nearly all of the 991s built are pretty unique.

No, but you shouldn't rely on KBB.
