Default Picked up the GTS today in Leipzig

Amazing experience today - time on the track was unbelievable! A must do if you take delivery in Europe.

Congrats!! I am still on my euro delivery from Zuffenhausen with my GT3 and it truly has been the greatest trip and time so far...already beginning to dread the conclusion of the trip. Just want to stay in Europe with the car and leave work and responsibility behind.... Safe travels/driving

Oh and more pics!!

yes by adhesive - Leipzig doesn’t allow a tow hook mounted plate

No, we tracked a brand new C4 GTS with only 10 miles on it owned by Porsche - the instructor drove it hard as did us! Can’t beleive they use new cars for the track, so much for break in 😳

Your car looks fantastic. Congrats. I found it odd that they gave you a Stuttgart plate instead of a Leipzig plate.

Yep. Porsche doesn't break-in their cars in Germany or PEC Atlanta/LA. No problem. They told me on both of my EDs that I didn't need to.....so I obliged.

Apparently Suttgart has changed to the double sided tape recently and doesn't allow the tow hook mount anymore. By law, the plate has to be centered on the front bumper and the tow hook does not allow for that.

Just because drivers and sales staff don't doesn't mean its correct - I have the technical printout from Porsche for the 9A2 engine X51 retrofit - there is a title in bold; Engine run-in:

OP great looking GTS, enjoy your trip at 10,000km you will be at peak power
