Nope, sales staff are sales staff and drivers are drivers

The document wasn't written by "lawyers" it was written by engineers and mechanics. It is a document that describes in great detail the full installation process. Specifically, its a technical document direct from the internal PAG info system with an internal document number - these are part of a series of documents used by Porsche mechanics that cover all components of the vehicle.

In bold print it has a section entitled Engine run-in: (see below)
