My T just got finished being built yesterday. Right on schedule.

the last 4 digits of the vin are: 3320

original official delivery date is 9-21. Now it says 9-14.

SA thinks it might get here another 9-7. ...

ive heard delivery date is usually moved up. What has everyone experienced?

G99, mine is in the middle of the Atlantic,....hopefully still on the ship. Mine was about one week ahead of schedule for each step. It was, originally, expected in Jacksonville on August 17 or 18 and will be there on August 8 or 9.

Do all the cars go to Houston? That’s where mine is scheduled to enter the USA at.

No, it depends on final destination. Mine will come into Brunswick, GA, most likely, but I am in GA.

Light is a bit bright in the photos, but gives a good sense....build completion date for the car was 12/17 so it's an earlier build. Car had 111mi on the clock at delivery.

Alex, i just took delivery of mine. Last 4 digits of my vin are 5837. My build date was 12/17. I wonder what the first US VIN is...

oes Q=alex_c;15156854]I wouldn't say too premature for 2018's. The final 2018's are being built now, and there is no way they will produce a noticeable number in the time left. For 2019 the 3 dealers for Houston are sold out. There may be more allocations in the future, but for now, at least here, there are none.

The earliest VIN I've found for a Carrera T in the US for a vehicle produced in 12/17 (first official month of production of the T for the US) has a VIN ***5843. The latest I've seen, produced in 5/18 is ***6582. That is a total of 739 cars INCLUDING ALL BASE CARRERAS, which share the same VIN format as the T. Looking at the number of Base cars listed produced in the same period, there is AT LEAST a 2:1 Base vs T, which would make it IMPOSSIBLE to be more than 250 to 300 T's in the US at this moment.

IF ANYONE who has received their T with the last 4 digits of their VIN greater than 6582, please post it here.

Given this, assuming ALL Base/T allocations ended up being T's, I have not seen a single month with more than 150 Base/T's built for the US. So, assuming ALL of the B/T's produced in June and July are T's, that will be an additional 300 T's (highly unlikely as there would be a shortage of Base cars). Even with that wild assumption, there is no way we can have more than 600 - 700 T's for MY2018. Compare this to over 2,300 GT3's US bound cars, and you can see that even when not limited by a hard number, they are quite rare in the grand scheme of things.

These are FACTS, not opinions of a dealer, or sales people chatter. If you have hard facts like these that can challenge my claim, you are encouraged to post them.[/QUOTE]

clx, your SA has an internal system,...a sales system, which gives him/her the planned, expected and actual dates of each step of the process. My SA sent me the name of the shipping vessel, so that I could go to Marinetraffic.com and follow the ship’s progress. Check out the most recent posts in the sticky above.

Well, I did it, I put my deposit for supposedly the only 911T the dealer had available to build for 2019(I don't believe them..), I went through every option online over and over and I decided to keep it as simple as possible with only adding the LWBS and RWS as the main options. I debated back and forth on the LWBS, but after seeing and sitting in them at the dealer it was an easy decision to add them, I had no issues getting in and out and they looked and felt great!!

Thank you for all who post here,

i did not option the LWBS, scare of maybe i could not fit in ...LOL
I also didnt take the RWS... in think the RWS takes a bit away the porsche driving experience.
i life in a small town.. the closiest dealer is 300 miles from here, so i did everything by mylsef and contact the dealer already with the code and the pre sell started from there.
