Default Which 911s have the gas fill on the drivers side?

I came across this picture on social media and didn't realize that some 911s have the gas fill on the driver's side. Which ones? I am not a connoisseur/expert of older 911s. Disregard the obstruction of the Service Attendant.

Now I never have to worry about hitting my door on the gas pump. In my old 993 I had to be careful, since I need a wide berth.
