FREE Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 Winter Tires in NJ
Hello Fellow Forum Members,
I have been a member of the forum since I bought my 991.1 GTS back in June of 2016 and its been a great ride. Thanks to everyone for the input and advice regarding Porsche 911's.
Recently sold my 991.1 GTS and have 4 Used Winter Tires that are 3 years old which were previously also used on a 991.1 C2S. Mileage is likely less than < 15-17K. Should be able to get at least another season out of them.
See attached for the Purchase Order with Tire Sizes and Order Date as well as the recent Dealer Inspection Sheet for tire depth. Tires are currently at a location in Central NJ Area.
I have decided to give away the tires to someone who could use them instead of trying to sell them. *Please Note: You will be doing me a favor by picking up directly from the dealer.
So I have decided on the following:
1) Post here on the Forum the best picture of your 911 that you intend to use them on.
2) Be a Rennlist Member in Good Standing as of March 10, 2018 with a second member who can vouch for you.
3) Let's say all Photos are due by 11:59pm EST Thursday March 15, 2018.
4) My wife will pick her favorite picture and you win!
5) Pick up the Tires within a week or two before the end of March. Do your due diligence and have the tires inspected by your dealer.
If this sounds fair, lets begin...

Winter Tires
Hey!
I'm actually in the process of purchasing another forum member's 2016 911 GTS, nearly Identical to yours!
I've been a BMW driver for the past 6 years and usually throw snow tires on my car every winter.
My current M5 lease is ending and am excited to get into my first Porsche!
I wish I could provide pictures of me in the car, however pictures of the car alone will have to do for now, and hope that it can suffice.
These tires would have a great home with a new forum member and Porsche owner =)
Cheers!

Also, couple of cool elements - I fell in love with the DBM (dark blue metallic) color when I saw how it set off with a little bit of bling: the polished lip on the Carrera Classic wheels, and the polished aluminum window trim (very rarely spec'd option on these cars). This day had just the right amount of sunshine to set these off nicely.
For you photog's out there, these pans were done at (70mm, f/6.3, 1/100sec) and (130mm, f/4, 1/60sec), which was just enough motion blur across background and wheels to convey the sense of speed.
Enjoy.
Thanks,
- Sanjeev

Please pick me I am not too far from NJ, and can pick them up pretty easily
Why do i want them? I need to drive this car all the time. It does not deserve to be a garage queen, and needs lots of exercise
Btw, you don’t want to see a picture of me, trust me.
