Default PCM settings won't save?

Cars about 2 weeks old. Some PCM settings won't save. On the sports chrono the Individual settings won't save. On the settings menu i deselect "mirror lowering on reverse" and it goes back to checked on next start up. I increase the volume for park assist from medium to loud only to have it go back to medium on next start up. Anybody else have this problem?

Save settings to the key button. Not just “1” or “2”. Problem fixed.

I’ll never understand why they did this. Now, when I change a setting I am not sure whether to save it to the key or the user, so I do both.

Yup. Every time I adjust something, the next thing I do is hit "Memory" "1", "Memory" "2", "Memory" "Key". I'm the only one that drives the car, so no need for different saved settings.

It's quite annoying when equalizer settings have to be adjusted each time unless you store the memory.. Then you find out each media player has it's own equalizer that has been set.

I'm just glad the A/C has stopped kicking on every time I start the car.

Nino, How'd you get the HVAC to stop? I've tried every solution posted in these forums and it'll still go to 72 every time I start (I have a 2018).

I stored the memory to the key as mentioned above.. First I saved it to 80 for the winter but decided it was still annoying so I turned off the HVAC unit completely and then set the memory to the key.. Now my climate control unit stays off unless I turn it on.

Also gets annoying when the A/C is kicked on while I'm using the heater.

Turn on your climate control to your desired temperature and fan speed setting. Then save the memory to the key. This way when you start the car the climate control will be on exactly how you programmed it to the key.

If you want it off, turn off your climate control and then save it to the key. This way when you start the car the climate control will stay off.

I've been turn down the fan speed until its off, and then saving it via key. Is there another menu for the climate control?

The climate control still turns on upon initial start up even after saving it to "OFF"?
