Yes that is what mine looks like. I set it to seat , then key memory and it reappears (driver side at 70 degrees and passenger at 72) upon start up.

Are you presssing “Set” again before you hit the key button?

Are you using the same key every time for sure?

Yes and yes. I just tied selection “ air circulation off” on the PCM to see if that works.
