Nice job. Looks great.
Are those the Rennline grills though ? The other brand (that snaps on, and I can’t remember their name) seem to have regular fitment issues. Some of them look awful , and some people have sent them back. Yours look excellent.
If they’re Rennline, how did you fix them in front of the vanes ?

I contacted ZunSport and they dont have a screen for cars with the active cowl flap.
So bkrantz, does your car have the active cowl flap?
Can you share more details about where you purchased the screen and the trim/edge piece?
Thank you

So Rennline, since your thread, the challenge is for you to make screens that can fit on the outside of the moving cowls.

Or, just use Sport or Sport+ in which case the flaps do not close.
Better yet, just remove them since they’ll be behind the screens and and can’t be seen anyway. Or will that throw a code?
Who wants to go first?

Any new discoveries on this topic?? After 650 mi in my new Carrera T, dumbfounded that there isn't a cookie cutter, easily available option for solving this issue. Even more surprised the option isn't a DIY option available at the Porsche parts counter...

Looks great! I need to install the Rennline grills I ordered along with ALP laser sensors/heads. I've been wondering how I was going to get around the issue of the movable flaps and you've just given me a great solution! Thank you!

It will just take Rennline, bkrantz, or whatever the overseas one is to listen to what customers are asking for—and I suspect there may be some challenges in terms of the slats as well as trimming the new screens.
However, if someone makes something that looks factory, I might buy two sets—one to install and one to keep as a backup in the event the grilles get damaged.

Still working on my home made grill screens, but I did mount them with "temporary" racer safety wire and have been driving around for a couple of months. I do like the look, and what I presume are reduced junk entering the intakes. I have to get motivated and remove the front bumper cover again and figure out a more elegant way to attach the screens.
