Developed a horrible Sunroof rattle and creek. Video attached
I diagnosed the problem by lifting the sunroof and realizing all sounds disappeared. I'm a clothing designer, so little details stick out - this is a pretty big detail.

I had a rattle until they lubed all the little plastic bits that hold everything together.
It decreased the rattle by 95% or more.

If your car isn't under warranty, I would recommend trying to tackle yourself first. I'm in the same boat, under Fidelity warranty but it doesn't cover rattles. Doing some research, I cleaned everything that I could and coated all the rubber seals with Gummi Pflege Stift ( ), both products are used at dealerships.
I've got a vert, so a ton more moving pieces to rattle and vibrate. I greased all the contact points I could reach (the longish tube is helpful) and got rid of most of the rattles. I'm pretty OCD about it, so will try a few more sessions to hopefully get them all before getting professional help lol. Hopefully this is a cheap fix for you as well!
