Rennfax on the north side of Charlotte, NC?

Hi all,

I've got my eye on a 991.1 in the Charlotte area, but I don't live near there. Might there be anyone available to take a look at it for me? If it checks out on a visual inspection, I'd set up a PPI, fly there and complete the purchase.
