Default 991.2 GTS front bumper swap

Has anyone swapped out a regular 991.2 bumper cover for a GTS/Sport Design front bumper on here? I have seen a few for sale on Ebay etc. for around 800-1000 and I much prefer the look.

if anyone has done it, is it a direct swap? Does all hardware align? Is there anything additional I might need to purchase? Do the DRL's swap over?

I’ve been wondering the same. Hard to find any info on this. I even sent suncoast an email asking for install instructions but got no response.

Trunk release sensor and ambient temperature sensor are mounted on the bumper. Keep that in mind.

Do you mean swapping a GTS bumper on a .2? Or swapping a GTS .2 bumper onto a .1?

technically that is not a GTS bumper... it is a Sport design bumper...
It looks different but does not add any additional AERO performance....

So it is literally just for looks.

It was an option (at least on the T) so it would bolt right on. The thing to ensure a simple bumper swap is to make sure the bumper comes with all the structural plastics, wire harness and grill shells. When I was looking at doing the gt3 bumper swap, many people didn't include these plastics and they easily doubled/tripled the cost of the project when you added them in. Also keep in mind, there will be no provisions for front parking sensors (i believe) so those may need to be coded/programmed out as well as the active front grills. Curious if the lights bolt up-my guess is they do but I cannot say for sure.

Some GTS bumpers come with parking sensors don’t they?
