My "white" christmas
I was expecting a "white" Christmas but Santa got delayed by about 2 weeks. Needless to say I was like a kid a christmas when my GTS arrived earlier this week. I couldn't be happier with the build and a big thanks go out to Philip Mauney @ PECLA who walked us (me and my 26 year old son) through every aspect of the build. Additional thanks go out to Carl Tofflemire & Mike Vand at Porsche South Bay. These guys were just great !
My intention was to be a bit minimalist (if that's even possible with a GTS) I spent no $ on the performance options. no PDK, PDCC, RWS or PCCB s The interior is spectacular, the seats are the best ever and the 7 speed gearbox and shifter is just amazing.
Drove the car from the dealership directly to Glistening Perfection in Costa Mesa, where Moe and his team will apply front end and side ppf and window treatment.

Love the custom touches with the full red leather, leather wrapped steering column, "porsche" only rear lettering, and the silver wheels on a gts. Extremely classy yet sporty.

Congratulations, Steve! Been waiting for this thread for quite some time. The pictures are beautiful and I'm sure the car is even better in person. Can't wait to see it this weekend.

Very nice. Love the red leather. Great move on Moe's services. Well played, sir.

Looks awesome. I especially like the white on silver wheels. Like you I skipped PDK, RAS, PDDC and PCCB. Regarding the MT does it feel a little notchy to you?

I appreciate all of the comments........ As a previous owner of several earlier 911's and a current 914 (Silver '76 911, GP white ' 73 911t, & GP white '77 930) my goal was to incorporate some retro options (rear wiper, even though it seldom rains in So Ca, model delete, as the PORSCHE lettering on the rear is very reminiscent of the early 911's , and of course the manual transmission)
I have always been a fan of the all red interiors from the 60's and 70's, but in my opinion, it really only works with a few exterior colors, white being one of them. While I have not really had an opportunity, to really drive the car, I can say the MT shifting is short and precise. As far as getting it to the track, I hope to get it there and really get a chance experience the potential this car has.
Today the car is getting the front and hips wrapped and the ZunGrills have been installed. I am expecting to pick it up tomorrow and make the 75 mile trip home from Moe's in Costa Mesa
