Is there a way to have this default to "on" when the car is turned on? I can't seem to find an answer in the on-line manual.

Hmmm, when I push Sync, it stays there until I hit the passenger temp switch.

Is it tied to your memory settings?

If you don't have the memory package, shouldn't it start up in the same condition it was in when turned off?

Try saving your preference to your key. It's one of the buttons on the memory switch panel. That's what worked on my car.

FYI - This worked. Thank to those who posted. A nice fix for a small, but annoying problem.
