You have a problem with spherical cheese graters?

Acetabular reaming is nothing compared to facial reconstruction on motor vehicle accident victims!

Poor car is going to collapse like a deck of cards in its next crash.

I would cage it and make it into a track play thing.

Are you getting a new front tub? Any damage to sides/rear. Could be a cool project...

Famous last words - really could be. Had a friend (and very active PCA member/driver) that purchased a similarly damaged 968 some years ago. It was also fixed "properly" (sheet metal, front clip repair, he documented it all) by a very qualified and recommended Porsche body shop. Looked like new after the repairs,.....until another driver hit him head on a year later (low speed) and it crumpled like tissue paper even with the engine up front. He did not survive. There are many reasons why insurance companies total these cars besides repair cost, it's called liability.

Seriously,....hope nothing similar happens here. Good luck with the repairs.....

It'll be interesting to watch the progression of this project. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for the car at auction?

Really hope you disclose that repair to whoever buys it. Hopefully title is branded "s".
