$15k in options is def minutely not a stripper, but the car is beautiful. Enjoy!

I'd say that's well within the stripper zone. Looks beautiful! I've always been a fan of base 991 wheels and exhaust. Best combo by far (I have a .1S and still prefer the base looks)

i prefer the exhaust tip location of the .2 base vs S. I donít much care for the centre mounted exhaust. Both of my previous 997s were S models becase I wanted the 3.8. Thanks to Porscheís generosity in upgrading the engine, and making PASM standard I didnít see a need with going with an S this time around. PTV/LSD is nice to have but I donít think iíll miss them. I prefer 19Ē wheels to 20Ē wheels as well.

Agreed, the .2 base kind of makes the extra $14k for S hard to spend. I was within hours of pulling the trigger on a very similar spec to your car. The only thing holding me back was the lack of the Bose system. I found a car with a the premium package, Bose and a few Porsche exclusive options (black quad exhaust, platinum Carrera S wheels and PORSCHE letters painted in body color). Unneeded stuff, but I like it. I figured a few extra toys would reduce any buyers remorse. The 19" wheels are great looking, and would have suited me well. Not really sure what we are missing with S, GTS or Turbo cars, but like you, I'm so happy to be in a 911.
