And a base 991.2 will put similar WHP on a Mustang dyno while sounding like a muffled-through-underwear gastric issue doing it.

That 991.2 not only is making 150+ more horsepower at the wheels it has almost 200 lb-ft more torque at the wheels.
So stock it's making 50 ft lbs more at the wheel. Respectable.

But comparing stock vs tuned? What is this a Civic forum?

Do you not read the forum? Do you not look at graphs? Here: https://rennlist.com/forums/991/9992...l#post14671845

Sounds like the 991.2 actually has the bite to back up its bark.

Cute numbers on this 991.1 Carrera S though. Adorable, really.

some people drive their 911’s one quarter mile at a time

For the record, my car made more HP than a #2 S on THIS dyno.... but also on different days so it doesn’t matter. Another factor is that this was an AWD dyno. The point was to measure before and after a modification and not to set some sort of record. Comparing different dynos in different places on different days makes you sound dumb.

if you want to contribute to the forum, I’d love to see you actually do something (other than to spew ignorance) and post results with pics that you created and not some garbage you found on the internet somewhere to take out of context.

The .2 HAS no bark. And if it’s making that much more power (tuned vs stock, really? Lmao), it puts it down pretty inefficiently. A stock .1 S traps at the same MPH as a stock .2 base.

Take a seat, Boujee.

This is why I never like using AWD Mustang dyno results as basis on forums. Because noobz pop in to say how they once saw X Car on what they have no idea is a 2WD Dynojet make 1,500 more HP than Y Car. 312 WHP on an AWD Mustang dyno translates into 120+ MPH trap speed on a 911 weight.

But then, when it sounds that good, who cares about a few HP or MPG here or there.

Not that it matter as when it comes to performance the 991.2 crushes either of them.

That is the first race gas tune I've seen for the 991.2 and it hasn't hit the strip. You think it's trapping the same as some weak 310 whp 991.1? Why not line a 991.1 up with a tuned 991.2 then? For educational purposes of course.
Ok Chip On Shoulder. Take a chill pill. Go hug your .2 then take it out and race a bunch of .1’s who don’t care at stoplights. Maybe it’ll start to “bark” even better in your head.

While you were busy salivating over your graph (which I can read fine thanks) you mis-read what i wrote. Read it again.

Who posted a Dynojet graph? Nobody. I posted a 991.2 Mustang graph. Having trouble coming to terms with a base 991.2 making over 450 on an awd Mustang?

Where are those 120+ 991.1 S slips? I can't find them. Plenty of 991.2's doing over 120 though.

Is there something wrong with your vision?
Thanks for making my point again. You keep saying that a base 991.2 is making 450 HP. It's not a base 991.2. It's a base 991.2 with a tune. Not remotely the same thing.

Why do you keep talking about stock vs tuned? Again, is this a Civic forum? Do you realize how asinine that sounds?

You are seriously tilting at windmills.

What part of the 991.2 base making more power and torque than the 991.1 S do you not understand? The graph is staring you in the face.

The performance difference is so large it's a joke.

Tell you what. ANY 991.1 S that wants a run it can be arranged. Let me know. Let's get it on video.
ok I’m in West Palm Beach let me know when your ready.

LMAO @ “450 WHP.” If a stock base 991.2 is making that much more HP and trapping identical to a stock 991.1 S, then I guess Porsche has finally green lit their new PLBT [Porsche Led Brick Technology] construction.

What kind of person is so childish that they can’t even muster the willpower to take a break from a forum that they’ve literally been banned from for being too childish (to put it nicely)?
