Default Purchased husband a 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S

Hello and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I purchased my husband a 2013 911S Wednesday day before Thanksgiving. It is to be delivered tomorrow (Friday). Can anyone tell me good or bad about this 2013 model? I've listed the specs below. Problem I have is I know nothing about this type of car and wanted to make sure that there isn't something that would cause me not to have them bring it tomorrow. It was very clean inside and out. It did not have paddle shifters- not sure if that's a big deal or not? Any help before tomorrow would be great! Thanks to everyone on my last topic about surprising my husband.

It will be here in about 2 hours! I can't wait to see the smile on my husbands face.

What type of fuel do you put in it? 87-92?

Great options. As long as you did well with price and car is in good condition you’re good to go. From pics looks like nice shape. CPO warranty through Porsche dealer?

You get the A++ wife award Happy Thanksgiving too.

By the way, still has shifters in the steering wheel. Just doesn’t have the more sporty wheel with bigger paddles, but you lose multi function with that one. Easy and cheap to swap out if he wants the other wheel. No big deal.

Have him come visit here sometime in the future as well.

Another piece of advice before pulling something like this, come ask here FIRST before making a purchase. Can avoid a costly mistake.

In this case, looks like you did well. Car and options are desirable. I have just seen quite a few guys come here asking questions after making avoidable mistakes.

Best post of the weekend! Please tell us what he did to deserve this car?
Solid spec, but pics can't really tell the condition...give it a good look over for dings, scratches, worn tires, etc. Look at the car fax!
Bring polarized sunglasses to help with the glare from the luxor beige interior.

From the plate, looks like a CPO car at a Porsche dealer Plus you are all the cars in the background.

My husband is the most generous, loving and kind man I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and loving. He deserves the world, but I think a 911S will work too. I plan on being "taken" forever, but I do have a sister. :P

Yes, it has the CPO - 2 years and/or 50,000 miles. I was wondering if I should purchase additional extended warranty?

Car looks perfect inside and out. Literally looks like no one ever rode in it. You can certainly tell it was babied which is how he will treat it as well. Tires were replaced, no scratches, clean car fax with only 2 previous owners. No wrecks.

Husband is going to flip. Thank you everyone, and I'm sure he will come here to post pictures and ask a million questions.

You are fine with the CPO. Don’t waste any $$ on more warranty. These cars are very solid as is. Looks like you did your homework and congrats.
