I wonder if it would be worth looking into the part #'s being used on the new Carrera T?

I purchased two oem door handles on ebay. I’m going to try to figure this out. Once I figure it out I will purchase two RS door handles from Suncoast and do the retrofit.

After looking at all the parts it jist looks like you have to buy the GT3 RS straps for 450 on Suncoast. Then you have to sand down the fasteners on the door panel and attach the RS straps with screws and washers.

Should have waited. I already did that lol. You can not even buy the GT3 RS face plate as a separate part; you have to buy the whole door.

Side note: I'm nearing completion of my first prototype.

Keep me updated. If your solution is easier I will go that route. Thanks!

Will do! I'll be posting an update here shortly. Obviously its not an overnight project. Hoping to have a functioning test piece within the next 2-3 weeks.
