For a price point, I recently purchased a CPO 2014 Base 991.1 (early 2014 model with October 2013 in-service date) for $67,000.
It has similar options (manual transmission though), similar original MSRP, much lower miles (15,400) and brand new tires.
Attachment 1352394
Is yours a private party transaction or dealer? CPO or not?

The local Audi dealer here had a similar car advertised for $63,000 a few months ago, and they came down to $61,000 during negotiations. That car had SC, a full clear bra, and less than 20k miles on it. At the time CarMax had comparable cars in the high 50s low 60s.
I ended up buying a 2017, but this may help you gauge the market. If it was me, I would offer 50% MSRP on the car you're looking at, and wouldn't go over 55k.

So no warranty......I think $52K is a fair price assuming it's in great condition (deducting for miles and no CPO compared to mine). Seller is probably asking $55K - $60K though if I had to guess, right? Seems like private sellers have been asking the same or even higher than dealer prices lately.

Yep......assuming it has no skeletons, that is an awesome deal....worthy of posting in the HFS thread.

Given your description 48k seems too low.
I'd have it checked out to confirm no hidden gems...

It is my coworker car.
Porsche dealership (where he bought it) offered him 47000 for it.
No surprises.
He sells it to me for 48k.
No reason to post pics since I did not purchase it yet....

That's interesting, because the first number that popped into my mind after reading the first post was $48K. I certainly don't profess to be any kind of expert, but I wouldn't pay a penny more w/o seeing a lot more compelling details.

It's ironic considering the entire time I was looking, I did not see a single 997 with the same mileage under $55K...And this is a much newer 991 ! It's a smoking deal, I'd have said 55 (mostly due to mileage)
