Default 991.2 GTS picture thread

I didn't see one, so here goes nothing (anxiously awaiting mine!)...

I have a Targa GTS, so I won't post a picture. It appears elsewhere many times though. I got the centerlocks for the unique, cool factor. I found a gently used set of winter wheels and tires locally which I will put on the car in 2 weeks. I've bought the Precision Instruments torque wrench and breaker bar set (arrived yesterday) and I have everything else that's needed for the changeover. I've read the threads and watched a few videos of the process and frankly, I don't see what the big objection is. Seems simple enough. I've done the wheel swap with 5 lug wheels for years with various BMWs and Porsches and aside from needing the new torque tool, it's not that big of a difference.

Of course, if I do the swap in 2 weeks and have some huge issue, I'll stop back here and eat crow!

I agree that the center lock wheels are unique and are an attractive feature of the GTS model. The consensus (among my mechanics) seems to be that this motorsports derived approach to wheel mounting is not not worth the trouble for a daily use vehicle. For example, if a hasty tire repair or replacement is necessary, and the correct tools are not at hand at the servicing garage, it could become a little bit more of a challenge.

Don't the center locks come with the tools (which are kept in the car)?

You would probably still need a breaker bar and a torque wrench.
