GTS Steering Wheel 'inserts'

The .2 inserts with the visible bolts on are still screwed from behind, we´re wondering if the .1 inserts w/o bolts does still fit on the .2 wheels/in place of the .2 inserts with the bolts on. Anyone tried or an idea?

I might be convinced to give you my car for a while and let you try to put the carbon inserts in...and I would only charge you the cost of the inserts...
