Default Show me your phone mount or storage solution

I've always used an air vent mounted clip for my cell phone, but on the 911, the angle of the vents lean in a little. I'm curious to see how you guys mount / store your phone.

991 has built-in phone mount.... hiding in plain sight.

As you might imagine, this has been discussed at length here. The search function is your friend.

Here's a photo of my solution. The company is ProClip. Hard to see in the photo, but the mount slides onto the console (not attached). You can possibly see that I had it hard-wired to ignition so that phone stays charged. Swivel mount allows some maneuvering of phone angle to view. Totally out of the way of my hand (operating controls etc), and it does not bother passengers, although my only passenger is my wife, who's bothered by the whole idea of a Porsche.

Mine goes in one of 3 places... Glovebox if it's charging or in my seat under my crotch or wedged between the seat and center console.

The t-design mount works great.... http://t-design9.com/phone_mount_981.html

You can keep it there all the time, or slide it in and out as needed.

Here's a pic from their website.

I am somewhat happy with my T Design mount. Not sure if order again but it’s ok.

Haha! Too funny.

I bought the Rennline version for my incoming 991.2 GTS. Looks to fit the bill perfect for what I need. The wife....that's another issue

Rennline for me. I have one in my Macan GTS and my 991S.

Very happy w T design. Not a fan of magnets bc they can ruin mechanical watches and I wear them regularly. That said if that's not an issue I think the Rennline looks great. Just hope someone doesn't bump the phone w their leg in the passenger seat and knock it off.

Cheers,
NF.
