Best $120 spent on the 911 yet
I can't believe I waited almost four weeks to replace those Amber side markers with the clear LED markers. Went to my dealer today to pick up my black Carrera license plate frame, OEM touch up paint, and the markers. I had the service guy show me how to do it, wow so easy. Much better to see it done live! Looks sooooo much better!
Also not 991 related but look what they had in the showroom, the car that started it all for me at 8 years old! Wow.

Thanks, and I agree, the orange markers really stood out on the blue paint, clear is so much nicer. I had a small freak out when I pulled the passenger side light and saw there was a tiny black speck, like a 1/32" or smaller like a paint chip but it was behind the fixture. I am freaking about rust and I touched it up with a tiny bit of OME paint with the tip of a toothpick. Then quickly remembered the bumper is plastic Must have been a mold release mark or tiny high spot where a tiny bit of paint came off the tip. Heart attack averted, lol! Oh well it's fixed now, lol. So can't wait for the "first new porsche" OCD to fade, my pulse goes up and down a lot when I freak out about non-issues. I'm like a new Dad, lol!!!
Can't believe those orange markers have to come on US cars.

Suncoast is a good source, $120 US for the LED version, my dealer matched their price, well a few dollars difference and I got them today.

Note to anyone awaiting a new 911: order the Suncoast clear side markers now. Before your car arrives. And don't fear doing it yourself. It is cartoon simple. And if you still can't bring yourself to try, bring them when take delivery of your car and ask them to have a tech do it. It's a great chance to get 5 minutes of labor for free!

Does these markers normally get covered by the PPF?
I am having it installed by the dealers guy before picking up the car. Wondering if I need to get them to the salesman before the car arrives.
