USB port doesn't appear to work
Hi all,
I've tried searching for solutions, I've RTFM, I've watched a couple of YouTube videos.
I cannot get the USB port in the glove box to recognize either my phone (Google Pixel) or my wife's phone (iPhone 7).
I've been successful in having the Bluetooth Audio connect, but it sounds horrendous and I'd love to get the USB port functional. Not that audio quality is the reason I got this car, but it'll drive me nuts if I don't figure this out
What am I missing?
Car is a 991.1 S.

Apple should be able to hook up w/o a problem. Might be a setting.
Android at (least my HTC) is a no go since it doesn't support audio through it's cable.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but have you tried turning the iPhone completely off, then restarting it. My C4 with apple CarPlay occasionally doesn't recognize my phone. Turning the phone off and on has worked each time.
