Daytime light shutoff
Eco mod engine off shutoff
Color and interior material choices at a reasonable cost. Dark green, Irish green, Light Metallic Blue, pale primrose etc. Cloth interiors with heated and cooled seats with tartan or other pattern color choices.
The aforementioned six speed manual.

A rear wing in non gt 911. Im sure that would be a nonbrainer for a lot of buyer to choose. And I dont understand why ptv plus can only coupled with automatic, evo 10th gen showed that it is not impossible.
And buscket seats in non gt 911 too.

A PDK mode between Sport and Sport+ that generally keeps you between 3K and 5.5K RPM's
To me, current Normal should be Eco
Current Sport should be Normal
Missing a mode between "current Sport" and Sport+ should be called Sport
and then Sport+

Track plus suspension for non GT cars. basically an adjustable coilover system direct from porsche allowing for real camber/caster/toe adjustments. Also sport cats for non CARB states.

Keyless entry and keyless go

Please put the spring back into the LWB seat track so it is sprung forward. When the car is parked on an uphill slope (pointing up hill) - moving the seat forward is difficult!

LWB FOLDING seat so area behind the seat in a 911 is more accessible (like in the 997 gen). Also makes it easier to get harnesses through seat when it folds forward (would love this in the GT4 too)

Keyless entry and go is already an option.

A quiet fender lining package so I don't have to hear when the sticky tires throw pebbles inside the wheel wells- I'd pay $600 for that, and take the weight penalty.

I agree with engine access, I would like a rear-end piece that hinges open like a gate.

Would like to get rid of the "Hold" function when your car has a manual transmission.

A better stereo that does not cost $5,300.
