1,500 miles and already a flat on the new GTS
As the title states, with only 1,500 miles on my new 2017 C4 GTS, my left rear tire was totally flat when I went to the garage for a drive this afternoon.
I called roadside assistance and got a flatbed to take the car to the dealer. Given that I had to drive the car about 50 feet to get it on the flat bed, I suspect the tire is toast (if it wasn't already).
I guess I should feel lucky that the dealer talked me into the wheel and tire insurance.
Have others had many flats with the Pirelli P Zero tires? This is my first flat in 30 years, but most of those years were on Michelin Pilot Sports.

Those tires are nail magnets. I replaced two rear P zeros (I have the rim and wheel protection insurance, fortunately) due to nails within the first 12-18 months. Will be interesting to see why the tire failed - nail or otherwise?

My experience, too.
FWIW, tire guy told me they get warm during travel and get very soft. To the point a nail/screw will stick to the tire for a few more turns. A result which increases the chances they will penetrate.

Its worth having a small electric pump at home for this eventuality - you can then blow the tire up and check to see what type of puncture you have. If its a nail you can pull it and insert a plug or use the gloop.

I agree and I have a compressor at home. However, in this case the tire was completely flat after sitting for just 2 days. Thus, it was not a slow leak and I was not keen to try to inflate a tire with such a fast leak.

No rhyme or reason to flats
Sometimes you are lucky for years
Other times, just unlucky
Regardless, everyone hates getting them

There is an air compressor under the front lid that comes with the car. Or were you referring to having a different one?

As expected, my tire is toast. New tire cost is $450 + mount and balance. Now dealer can't find my wheel and tire protection package which they sold me with the car. Of course my paperwork is at home and I'm at the office.
