Default HRE's 2019 SEMA Reveal - Brand New 2-Piece S1SC Series

HRE just keeps surprising & impressing us time & time again. One of the perks of being HRE’s largest dealer in the world for over 15 years straight is that we get some inside knowledge of what they are developing before it actually releases. We were told a multi-piece version of their P1SC series was going to be showcased at SEMA this week so we were looking forward to 3-piece versions of those great wheel models. But, HRE had a little trick up their sleeve for everyone: 2-piece wheels. A new proprietary one-piece forged barrel, named “FMR” has allowed HRE to bring their first ever 2-piece configuration to market & it looks so damn good. Tell us what you think by commenting below!

“The S1SC is the first wheel line to utilize HRE’s new proprietary one-piece forged barrel, named FMR™

(Forged Monoblok Rim). The S1SC wheels feature aggressive styling similar to the Monoblok P1SC and

employ multiple technical design features for increased stiffness and reduced mass. In typical HRE fashion,

particular attention was paid to spoke details, including intersection points and the fastener flange surfacing.”

· Lifetime Limited Structural Warranty and 2 Year Finish Warranty

· Modular 2-Piece utilizing HRE's proprietary FMRTM one-piece forged barrel

· Ability to choose multiple finishes for FMRTM barrel

· Aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum for high strength-to-weight ratio

· Available in Visible or Hidden assembly bolts

· Engineered to minimize unsprung mass and rotational inertia for maximum performance and handling

· CNC machined to custom specifications for your specific application

· OE TPMS and lug hardware compatible for ease of installation

· Centerlock options available

· Titanium Hardware Optional

Wish they would do a floating three piece forged design similar to the Fuchs inspired FF04. That's what I'd jump off my wallet for.

You & me both. Maybe they will add to their Vintage Series in the future if we push hard enough for this

Is the whole barrel 1 piece? And the face bolt on to the barrel?

Thats a neat idea as I’m done with 3pcs wheels after few of them leaked on me. It’s a pain to remove tire & seal the inner & outer barrels.

The S1SC looks great! I love my P1SC

Yeap that's right - the whole barrel is 1-piece and then the center face is bolted on. Very unique design thinking outside the box.

Yep had 3 Piece before, bent, cracked in ugly SF BayArea roads, what are the pricing on these anyways? Is it close to Flowform or slightly more expensive than the standard Monoblocks? Just wondering.

These are custom forged wheels so they are not near the FlowForm pricing. Cost depends on the size you choose & finish of course but they are about $100 more per wheel than the P1SC Monoblock wheels. Contact me directly if you'd like to spec out a setup for pricing.
