I don't believe they will fit without changing the bumper cover, but I'm not 100% certain.

Don't understand why the taillight design guy/girl at Porsche seems to think adding that angled 'cut' on the lower-central corner of the taillight is a sufficient design change in a facelift. For example, we saw that on the 997.1 to 997.2; 955 to 957 Cayennes; and now on the 991.1 to 991.2. Lazy, unimaginative and unattractive :-/

It's the way they've always done it. The changes are subtle, but they are enough to make people want the newer model. Porsche designers are experts at this game.

i have 2 clients who loved the taillights on the 991.1 turbo and turbo s. Dare to guess what happened ?
I have made 2 facelifts, front and rear from 991.1 turbo to 991.2.
So, if anyone is interested in the details, just ask. I dont know if it is a separate thread on this subject.

yes, complete new rear bumper, including intercooler side grilles, and rear diffuser.
you will encounter a few issues:
taillights fixing screws have different holes, and you will use only one screw instead of 2. But it is ok.
you will need to trim a little bit the bumper mounting brackets that hold the corners of the bumper, or you could buy the new ones. I trimed them.
you will also need to trim a little bit from the air ducts of the intercoolers, the inferior part, where the lower grilles come. Easy to do it.
front turnsignals and rear ligths are plug and play. Have the same couplings and dont throw any errors.
for aerokit cars, everything is the same, so , you can keep your original aerokit.
however, i recomend the full facelift, because it is easy to do it, and the car will not look weird.
parts and labour was around 8000€ for full facelift.

I also have teo sets of red taillights 2012-2016, used but in very good condition. Also complete rear and front bumpers are available, with Acc and without acc, and also front turnsignals, but turbo.

Could you provide a little more detail of what it takes to replace?
Do you have to buy new sensors for the bumper or can you reuse the sensors from the old bumper? Also is the connection for them the same?
What do you mean by trimming the air ducts of the intercoolers?
Aslo is there any issues with the front bumper and Led lights in the front bumper?

there is no need to replace the parking sensors. they are the same , front and rear. the couplings are identical, so it's plug and play. However, on the front bumper, you will need to buy the outside parking sensors brakets and install those. You must glue them in place, like factory. We used a molten plastic gun, but you can use silicone, or any other adhesive.
the lower air ducts from the intercoolers, are 1-2 cm wider in the 991.1, than in the 991.2. You could buy facelift parts, but it is better just to cut 1 cm from the edge, and that is it.
the front bumper , like the rear one, needs to have all the facelift grilles, and supports. there are no problems, just that you need to buy a lot of parts, or source them from dismantling. Also, in the front bumper, you need to trim a bit from the radiator ducts, left and right, and a bit from the foam absorber from the aluminium reinforcment.
where are you located? i might help you with sourcing the parts from dismantling. it is amazing what you can find..
