Default 991.2 TT with HRE Classic 300...pics and thoughts

I was happy with how these pics turned out, so I thought I'd start a thread. I bought the wheels through David at Wheels Boutique. They did a great job of nailing down exactly the look I was going for. We went with gloss lip and matte face in black with satin charcoal bolts. I told WB that I wanted a wheel that was more flush than stock, but not enough to look weird with stock ride height. HRE created a custom offset to accomplish this and it turned out exactly as I hoped. I had them installed on the new Michelin 4S, which definitely look better than the stock Pirellis. The whole experience was fun - like buying a custom suit.

Edited for brevity: Best car I've ever owned. Wouldn't change a thing.

Good morning DK,

All I can say is WOW! Looks even better than the renders we had gone over. It was a pleasure working with you and I am glad that you loved the outcome.

Will be posting these photos very soon

First bright day today and the first time I've seen NBM in direct sunlight. The color completely transforms - huge amount of flake. Purple, green, blues. Lots of depth. Very cool color and not at all like VW Night Blue Metallic.

It looks quite a bit like the older Porsche color Midnight Blue Metallic. Very nice.

Are you running stock size tires? The sidewall looks thicker, which I really like. Or is just the tires?

Yes sir, he's running 245/35/20 // 305/30/20. The sidewalls look thicker possibly because the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S run a little bit wider than what their sizing suggests.

Great pics, very nice wheels and well done!
They look fabulous as they are but I am curious if a more subdued center cap was an option? Please don't take that as a criticism. They look amazing. Just wondering if that was an option?
