Drove the Cherohala Skyway and the Tail of the Dragon on Wednesday. Drove the Devl's Triangle yesterday. All great experiences in their own ways.

I've driven it a number of times and two of those videos are on my YouTube channel.

Here is when I drove it as the lead car on day one of cannonball run rally in 2016:

I have not, but looking at some pictures on line, I need to. I presume you have. What was it like?

I haven't yet...maybe this weekend. I meant to in early May but did the Catskills Scenic Byway instead. Always fun to drive on the Taconic.

It's funny this thread was revived, I was thinking of driving down to do the Tail of the Dragon last weekend but went to Pittsburgh instead. The Allegheny reminds me of the Seine this time of the year

If you are ever in central Pa one of my absolute favorite twisty Ross combos is Pennsylvania State Route 125 and Gold Mine Road. 25 mikes of heaven.

Thanks for the tips. PA 125 was on my radar as well, but I didn't know about the Gold Mine Road. I gotta try it.

Thanks again.

They are very close to each other. Goldmine road is not far off the first exit off I81 north after you get onto it from I78

Did it this afternoon...WOW, that was fun. Took about 2.5 hours from the city but well worth it. As you said, first exit off I81. Your video helped, if I didn't watch it, I would have missed that first left to get onto Gold Mine Rd.

PA-125 was great too, but a few people on it, so I didn't get to drive too quick. There was one wicked turn that I missed and went into the opposite lane, thankfully no one oncoming. I'll definitely go back. Thanks for being the catalyst.

Any time. If you are ever interested in heading that way PM me. I go there quite a bit. Lunch at Skeeter's BBQ in Shamokin Dam overlooking the Susquehanna River caps it off

When people get in front of me on PA 125 I pull off and let a gap develop.

Lots of wicked Turns. None more so than a wild right hand off camber turn (if you are going on 125 north) when you are transitioning from the mountains into the rolling farm country.
