Sure, I might get Ti lug bolts for some reason, but it won't be because they are 80% or 72.5% the weight of the steel. That little bit of weight saving that close to the center of rotation would have virtually no effect on anything.
I have a set of Ti lug nuts that are the same profile as the old-school Porsche Al nuts. I got them, primarily, because they were shiny. They're not that much lighter than steel. Suspiciously so. But, that's another story.
