Default Seeking advice from well informed and knowledgeable Porsche enthousiasts.

I recently put my signature on the configuration below. Production is May, so I have a few weeks to make changes to this configuration. I very much welcome your input on the color choice (you hardly see any Rhodium Silver 911’s but a lot of GT Silver cars); and the badging (should I leave the 911 Turbo S or keep it Stealthy?). Other suggestions or comments will be appreciated very much as well!

if the question is keep the logo in standard silver or paint it black... DEF paint it black to match your wheels!

Sorry, I ordered with model delete, just PORSCHE in black. Or should I add model designation in black as well?

Personally, I'd like a 'total designation delete' option. As it is, I like the model designation delete. I think it looks less busy and I'm completely unconcerned by those that can't recognize exactly what it is on sight. And, I'd prefer not to advertise. Keep'em guessing.

Yes, I agree with the 3.8 turbos you don't need the model designation to impress people
What about the Rhodium Silver, no opinions at all??

It's your build. Add to it what you want. Subtract what you don't want. Unless you are spec'ing the car for the next buyer, in which case it must - so they say - have a glass sunroof and all the 'lectronic safety and convenience gewgaws.

Color and wheels (and model designation delete along with the majority of the rest of the appearance options) are mostly a subjective choice. Other options may have functional implications for which our opinion or experience may matter. (My 0.911 cents...)

As for color, my Salt Season DD is orange. I'm glad my Turbo isn't. For me an exotic or uncommon color is not desirable for a daily-driver. I've learned my Orange Lesson.

If Silver lifts your luggage then go for it. If you are not sure, seek out examples for your Mark I eyeballs. Or, worst case, internet pictures.

Since you ask, I was on the fence with Rhodium Silver when I started the build process.
After seeing several examples on the lot and in my case, sitting beside GT Silver... "My" final choice became obvious.

BUT it's your car, build/buy what pleases your senses.

I'm personally a big fan of reduced badging on the back of the car. If I ordered my car new from the factory, I would only have the word Porsche, as shown above. I would also have it painted to match the car.

Reduced badges = less weight = faster 0-60 times.

Just something to consider.

AND it's weight off the rear, so it improves balance.

I love Rhodium Silver, but I'm biased. For me it was more unique than GT silver and I think it pops a little more in the sunlight. To your badging question, I just did Porsche, and in black, and i think it looks great on this color. Some pics below.
