Default lube for center locks

In my owners manual I believe it refers to "aluminum Paste" as the proper grease for the center lock wheels. One Porsche dealer has told me that they use "McLube sail coat" for the center locks. Another dealer has said they only use the McLube on 918's and use Castrol"Optimoly Paste" on the others center locks.

Can anyone provide any advise on this?

McLube seems to be readily available while I have not been able to find a source for the Optimoy. Any suggestions.

Thanks
